They put the models out in the wrong size. There was a model on the other day that was super thin and everything was huge on her. They tried to sort it with belts but everything was hanging on her, think it was Kim & Co. Then you get Julia who squashes into a size 12 and also looks awful. Wear the bliddy right size FGS.

Why does June so often say that the Frank Usher Large/Extra large could fit a woman up to a size 20 or 22. Why not have a 20/22 size model on the show to confirm this? Rarely, if ever, does this happen.

The famous white coat syndrome. Judith Williams has videos of her wearing one.

Someone wears a white coat, they know what they are talking about and experts.

It goes back to the early 70s, when Estée Lauder launched Clinique. Get the counter staff to wear white coats, and customers will believe every thing they say about the brand. I read this in a bio of Estée Lauder. Other companies have since also done this.
I always thought it was the ones in white coats who came to take you away.😂

Really? Jenny just suggested that the big standard top she’s demonstrating shoukd be bought in black, white and one other colour. At £36 each with £3.95 p&p. That’d cost you £108 plus £11.85 p&p - total £119.85. I truly think that they think we all have thousands of pounds in disposable income.

I recently bought a similar top for £17.

She does talk a lot of rubbish, too fast, too desperate. A very high strung woman. Sometimes, the presenter with her will shut up and let her have at it. They can take a little rest while she rabbits on.

I’m just watching now and the boucle material which is in the trousers and long waistcoat thing is a mess. It looks wrinkled and you can see that the smaller model is wearing shapewear like shorts underneath. It also makes the model look way smaller than she is. I think I don’t like it.( The Kim @Co show)

Said in an Alan Sugar voice (if you watch the Apprentice) " What a bluddy mess!"

There is an epidemic of slebs looking gaunt and ill.
With things like ozempic, mounjaro and wegovy you don't get to choose where the weight goes from. If you lose the subcutaneous fat, it's gone forever as I understand it. Subcutaneous fat is crucial for maintaining a more youthful skin.
What's infuriating is the numpties who do not have any medical need for these products. They are harming others and themselves by their actions... all those who need it now, but are forced to wait because supply is limited by the vanity users. Not impressed.

Then they will all be at the fillers to replace the fat pads from their cheeks.....sigh!

I think that pubs and restaurants are going to/already are suffering because of people eating minute meals/all the 'light bite' options, with no starters/pudding/alcohol.
Vanity has so much to answer for.

Having a mooch through Twitter/X the other day and reading a post from Jenny Éclair.
She said she'd got talking to a lady in the queue for the ladies, who told her that she was on weight loss jabs. The side effect being a tendency towards a loose bowel. The consequence of which meant she was afraid to f**t in public.
Think I'll stay "comfortably upholstered ".

Hmm watching a Kim show just now and Jenny looks awful. Too thin and it shows. I'm not intending to be unkind.

She looks dreadful now - practically grey. She clearly has no close female friends who can take her to one side and tell her it like it is. I don't believe for one minute that this drastic weight loss is down to anything other than weight loss jabs, given her obsession with her weight and appearance and constant jabbering on about her 'bloat' - which makes her sound like a greedy spaniel.

Is it me ? But all young women seem to have the Love Island tarts as their ideal ! False ****s, hair, eyelashes, nails and Turkish teeth !

In my day (here we go ....) Yes we loved fashion - Chelsea Girl a favourite (Top Shop didnt exist), we either had long swishy hair like Cathy McGowan, the updo curls of Dusty Springfield or Lulu's /Twiggy's short cropped look. Jeans weren't that much of a "thing" so we had mini skirts, maxi skirts and lots of boho.

The main thing was we all looked different ! And blokes seemed to be better looking - maybe because they could be in manual jobs during the day, but at weekends or on dates they'd wear a suit ! I see young men today, and I often think "if I was young girl I wouldn't fancy you !". Overweight, pale skin, a chubby chin covered by scruffy beard, endless tattos on display, always in trainers, and tatty jacket/washed out dark t shirts.

OK I'm generalising, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I see very little in today's chaps that would attract me from the off.

Keeley has lost a lot of weight and so has the Liz Earle BA. Maybe they've done it in the old fashioned way. My friend, the mouthy one, has been using weight loss jabs. She has diabetes. Her face has so many wrinkles. Her body looks good and she's much healthier, but she looks older than her age.
Catherine Deneuve allegedly said keep your face and lose your bum or keep your bum and lose your face.

I wish there were articles on what these weight loss jabbers do with all the flappy loose skin that's left after weight loss.

Through illness I lost 4 stone, I wasn't obese before, but my naked body wasn't a pleasant sight with wrinkly skin. I've put a bit on since so it's not so bad now.

No it’s not you. They seem to be wanting to be like plastic Barbies. I worked with a 23 year old girl, who’d already have breast implants, a few botox procedures on her face, laminated eyebrows, false nails and eyelashes and had her teeth fixed and a trout pout.. She used to moan about not being able to afford a mortgage. She didn’t like it when I politely said if she didn’t have all these beauty procedures she might be able to. I think she thought all her improvements might get her a rich husband as she used to be on Tinder and Claptrap. Different man each week.
