We think their target audience are older people who are not computer savvy or who believe that these people are their friends and would not lie to them so don't use critical thinking and check for themselves.

You're referring to the thermostat then? A feature that can be found on heaters costing a tenner, a feature that has been available on heaters for years. A feature that many (most) buyers would expect and even take for granted. What next? 'And this air fryer will actually cook the food? Wow!!!'

I also heard him say that they were having “difficulties” with the texts, and couldn’t read them out

The other thing he mentioned is the run time in cordless machines ie 50 minutes, which is often quoted during shows, is for low power mode, high power only lasts a few minutes. Funny they don't mention that either during cordless shows.

I used to go to collect documents from a shipping company in Mincing Lane in my early 20s. Was always tempted to walk in the same manner as a character portrayed by **** Emery.

Flipping heck it lets me type in swear words but asterisks out a version of Richard as in spotted d.ck
