Peter's been predicting an imminent sell-out of the Emu oil for the last 45 minutes now...still hasn't happened....never will either...
Maybe they split the stock down into small parcels suitable for like per 15 minute block, so its always selling fast or out, then the next 15 mins starts and the stocks back again.
